DELIVERY POLICY

If the customer does not request any engraving, logo, name, or other personalisation, Veranew.com's standard delivery times for its own branded products are:

• UK-based customers: Same day dispatch and delivery within 1-3 working days, excluding UK bank holidays.

• International customers: Delivery within 3 - 15 working days, excluding holidays.

These delivery timelines apply only to Veranew-branded, non-personalised products.

For products manufactured or supplied by external third-party suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier’s own production and logistics processes.

Veranew LTD shall not be held liable for delays caused by third parties but will endeavour to communicate any updates or changes to the customer promptly.
