Return and refund policy
By using this website and/or submitting your details to Veranew.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases and interactions with Veranew LTD, both for individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers.
1. THE CONTRACT
1.1 Registration and purchasing via Veranew.com are only open to individuals aged 18 years or over who can enter into legally binding contracts.
1.2 If your order is accepted, you will receive an email or written confirmation of your order.
1.3 Veranew LTD reserves the right to decline or cancel any order without explanation.
1.4 You confirm that all information provided to us for the purposes of purchasing products is accurate, that the payment method used is your own, and that sufficient funds are available.
1.5 If your details change, it is your responsibility to inform Veranew LTD as soon as possible.
1.6 If a product ordered on Veranew.com (either through individual or B2B channels) is not in stock or unavailable, Veranew.com and Veranew LTD reserve the right to cancel the entire order. In such cases:
• You will be informed promptly.
• Any payment made will be refunded in full.
• Alternatively, you may agree with Veranew to partially cancel or modify the order.
2. PRICE AND TAXES
2.1 Prices shown may include or exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) depending on location. For UK orders, the current VAT rate is 20%.
2.2 Orders shipped within the European Union (EU) will be subject to VAT and itemised accordingly on invoices.
2.3 Orders shipped outside the EU will not include VAT but may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
3.1 Veranew complies with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
3.2 Any product may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
3.3 Orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
3.4 For any product that includes logo, name, or any form of personalisation, the following special rules apply:
• A 30-day waiting period applies before engraving or customisation is applied, allowing the customer to change their mind.
• If the customer does not cancel within this 30-day period, personalisation proceeds.
• Once the product has been personalised, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, as it is no longer in a resalable condition.
3.5 If a customer cancels an order after the 30-day cancellation period, 80% of the total order amount will be refunded. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover processing and restocking costs. Refunds will be issued:
• Within 10 working days for UK orders.
• Within 15 working days for international orders.
3.6 Customers are advised to double-check all personalisation and order details prior to confirmation.
4. WARRANTY POLICY
4.1 Products sold on Veranew.com are branded under Veranew but may be manufactured by third-party companies.
4.2 Warranty terms may vary based on the policies of Veranew LTD's suppliers.
4.3 Warranty details applicable to each product will be provided on the relevant product page or upon request.
4.4 General warranty coverage includes manufacturing and material defects. Wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered.
4.5 Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products for warranty service unless otherwise stated.
4.6 Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
4.7 Warranty terms may be updated in accordance with supplier agreements. Any changes will be communicated on the product page or directly to the customer.
4.8 This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
